Tickets are non-refundable. If the workshop is cancelled for reasons beyond our control than alternative dates will be arranged. If you have a voucher, then the date you select to redeem it on becomes your ticket and you cannot change from the date selected.

However, if you are unable to attend please notify us as soon as you can and we will do our best to transfer you to another date, providing we are able to re-sell your place.  We will only reschedule you once. 

 

We reserve the right to reschedule a workshop if numbers are too low to make it viable to run or will offer to transfer any bookings to other available dates. Materials provided for the workshop are for personal use only and are the copyright of Tread Softly and must not be reproduced.
